What do I need?

An iPhone, and a WHOOP band, a Bluetooth heart-rate strap or an Apple Watch. Apple Health works too.

How do I join?

Elyt is invite only. Ask a member for an invite code.

Is it on Android?

Not yet. Elyt is for iPhone.

Who is Lumi?

Your AI coach. Lumi reads your scores and history and answers by chat or voice. Prefer a different voice? Choose Leo.

Is Lumi a doctor?

No. Elyt is a wellness app, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

What does Lumi see?

A summary of your last 14 days, only after you agree, and only while you message or call. No email, phone number or account details.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free has today's scores, one coach message a day and 5 voice minutes a month.

Is there a free trial?

Pro and Black start with 7 days free. Concierge starts with a free consultation.

Where do I pay?

Pro in the app, through the App Store. Black and Concierge on the Elyt website.

Do prices include GST?

Yes.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Pro is managed in your App Store subscriptions.

Is my data sold?

Never. Your data is never sold, and only used for your health. No ads, no tracking.

Where is my data kept?

On your iPhone, and backed up on Elyt's servers on paid plans so you can restore it on a new phone.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Delete your account in the app and everything on our servers goes with it.
